I believe that each of us can achieve emotional healing and wellness as well as have an amazing life by changing our minds about our blocks to health and love.  As your Psychologist, I am committed to guiding you through this process through active listening, positive affirmation, setting realistic goals, and finding positive solutions.  I work with adults, families, couples, and seniors using a variety of methodologies tailored to meet your specific needs.

My home and workplace is situated on the traditional Treaty 6 territory, a traditional gathering place for diverse Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, Ojibway/ Saulteaux/Anishinaabe, Inuit, and many others.
