Other methods include:

Self-Regulation Therapy (SRT):  Traumatic events in a persons life can result in changes in the nervous system that negatively impact the way a person feels and relates to others. SRT helps integrate overwhelming events and bring about balance to manage daily challenges.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):  Effective treatment for individuals who have suffered from trauma as well as other psychological issues such as depression, phobias, addictions and self-esteem.
