This therapeutic method is a way of changing negative thinking patterns and problem behaviours to create a more positive and productive way of being in our world.

Imago Relationship Therapy:  Imago Relationship Therapy is a highly effective form of relationship and couples therapy that has positively affected thousands of couples around the world.

Self-Regulation Therapy (SRT):  Traumatic events in a person’s life can result in changes in the nervous system that negatively impact the way a person feels, behaves and relates with others. SRT helps integrate overwhelming events and bring about balance to manage daily challenges.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR):  Effective treatment for individuals who have suffered from trauma as well as other psychological issues such as depression, phobias, addictions and self-esteem.
